Your pet is important to us. Because we care, we want to assure you that every effort will be taken to make your pet's visit as pleasant as possible. Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after grooming. We often suggest that our older geriatric pet be given a buffered asprin (according to their weight and veterinarian dose reccomendation) prior to and after their appointment. In the best interest of your pet, we request permission to obtain immediate veterinary treatment, at your expense, should it become necessary including any cuts or lacerations caused by trying to shave under extreme matting of a cat or a dog.
